St Kittts has a unique railway in the Caribbean apart from Cuba that has converted a train used in the sugar cane industry into a tour. St Kitts joins Nevis together as part of the Independant Federation of St Kitts and Nevis. You can hike through rainforests see Brimstone Hill Fortress play golf chill on the beach or shop. The diving is very good across both Islands for something dry vist the Romney Manor Botanical Gardens. There are somc accomodations on the island and it is easy to get to daily internationally. Charlestown in Nevis is an attractive likeable place , get into the cool tradewinds on a horse or climb Mount Nevis, Lord Nelson used to live on Nevis and you can for a while too in small charming inns to luxury 5 star resorts. You can also sail or fish as part of a myriad of activities.

Diving :More than 400 wrecks few identified, great reefs and good vis make scuba diving here very good. All abilites are catered for on the islands. There is the River Taw a wreck at 50ft ideal for novice divers. Or a more advance dive the Nags Head sitting where two oceans collide the Atlantic and Caribbean. Ok the Caribbean is a sea !
