Nelson Spring Beach Villas & Spa - Nevis This charming resort is located on 3.5 acres of glorious coconut-lined beachfront property and features 10 building, 30 unit, two-story townhouse complex strategically positioned on over 6 acres of prime beachfront property. All buildings are designed so they face the sea and situated to take advantage of the most desirable views on the island- looking directly at the neighboring island of St. Kitts and the Caribbean blue sea. Condos have of three and four bedroom units and are beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. King bed in master bedrom, twin/queen beds in guest bedrooms, cable TV hook ups along with plasma televisions in bedrooms and living room. Air conditioned and have ceiling fans throughout, security safe, hot water tank. There is a large Pool with swim-up bar, BBQ and deck area, unlimited fresh water supply with an emergency back up cistern, each building has its own backup electrical generator, Ground level parking and storage under each unit. The Nelson Spring Beach Villas & Spa offers a fully staffed office, with maintenance, housekeeping services and 24-hour security. The beach front property is a place to experience the warm waters of the Caribbean for swimming or snorkeling, along with the tropical sun and the soft sands of a beautiful Nevis beach.
Once per week maid service will be included, any additional maid service will be US$10.00 per hour. Babysitting service, US$8.00 per hour up to four hours, US$10.00 per hour for each additional hour after the four hours. Bookings can be arranged with our guest services. Condo owners and guests can access to the business center located in the Sales office to fax, copy, scan, conference call or have a meeting our business center is available. Golf, sport fishing, mountain climbing, scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, water sports, cycling, and a host of other activities can be arranged with our guest services.The fitness center is equipped with treadmills, bikes, stair climber, weights and other equipment for all your exercise needs. The Spa Nevis features a world-class spa in a two story building with five treatment rooms all located on the property in a West Indian style bungalow, overlooking a private outdoor tranquility garden.
