Being ideally situated and a possible alternative to The Regent Palm Resort is Ocean Club and Ocean Club West, two resorts in one (but a mile apart on Grace Bay). If you stay in one you can use all the facilities of the other.
Ocean club west features a dive shop on site DIVE PROVO which has a very good website on diving in Turks and Caicos.
