The Divi Flamingo Beach Resort has Divi Dive Bonaire- a PADI five star dive operation with custom dive boats, equipment, and an experienced dive crew. It is also a Casino so you can do a bit of gaming as it goes down here in the ABC's.

Cobalt Coast Dive Resort on the Northwest shore of Grand Cayman is located in a secluded tranquil setting with spectacular views overlooking the inviting waters of the Caribbean Sea.   Cobalt Coast Dive Resort is in Boatswains Bay, near the Cayman Island Turtle Farm and Boatwains Beach, just a few miles north of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach, yet still off the beaten track.

The general feeling of this resort is that this is a great all inclusive diving option if you just want to dive. Don't bring people to stay here that do not want to dive as there is nothing else to do. This is situated in the east end of Roatan on a cay. The meals are considered very high quality home cooked food.
This cannot be considered a luxury resort (though Roatan and Luxury is a stretch) and it is hard for ANY resort to get this status due to the local infrastructure though there are some. The diving is what you should be here for and meeting other divers having a nice time in resort in the evening is the key to enjoying this. And for many this is clearly what is desirable so Mike the owner and one of the dive guides should be commended on creating this nice lodge resort.
